Now it ’s time to experience the creations of floral intriguer Andy Hopper and Erin Esensee . Andy and Erin are part of the design team at HEB Bloom , a full - overhaul floral shop within the renowned supermarket chain HEB with locations throughout the province of Texas .
Andy has always been a natural - conduct designer . Although he has always loved flower since he was young , he start as an inner clothes designer . Around 20 years ago , he clean up flowered design after his internal intention business slowed down during the 9/11 aftermath . One of his client require him to plan a wedding , and from there , his career in the floral industry was born . Andy draws divine guidance from manner , art , and nature . He do it collecting art and catch fashion shows to rest on top of trends .
Erin ’s career in the floral manufacture get going when she was just a teen working in a Southern California - ground prime workshop . As an adult , she bring together the HEB squad as a flowered manager , then eventually worked her way up to being the flowered manager . She inscribe Andy to the HEB Bloom purpose squad in 2016 .

For this dinner , Andy is approach the invention mental process the old - fashioned way . He drew everything in a sketchbook and consider all the mesa , sugar skull , and other props ; and measured everything in levels to ensure accuracy and contingent .
